ie:
$ cd /usr/src/distrib/utils/sysinst
$ nbmake-arch
or
$ ALL_MACHINES= nbmake-arch
will build all the versions of sysinst for the target architecture.

Although 'cross installs' don't actually work, the initial menus for many
architecrures can safely be run on the build system.
Don't run as root! but if you are in group wheel you should have access to
read the disk in order to obtain the geometry (etc).
Running 'sysinst -D' will stop it aborting when it fails to unconfigure swap
(you need it to fail that on permissions).
