I'd like to suggest to drop the line 
"Was wollen Sie während des Extrahierens sehen ?" 
when (sys)installing (current) in German.
Because, first of all, asking "Was wollen Sie" is kind of rude.
You normally ask "Was möchten Sie", and this is done in the Message Box
below, so that there is no need for the same question above.
