El Torrito defines three methods: (1) floppy emulation [what we use untill
now], (2) hard disk emulation and (3) no emulation.

We are about to switch from (1) to (3), with "native CD bootcode", that does
not need the BIOS to pretend it has been read from floppy or harddisk.

None of this applies to USB booting - for that you will still use "biosboot".
