You can partly blame me.  There didn't use to be any man page at all,
but in order to have someting to xref from the ums(4) and ukbd(4) pages
I wrote what we have now.  I know it's totally inadequate, but I'm
still waiting for someone who knows wscons to fill in the missing bits.
I don't know enough about it.
