One thing that I've never quite understood is if we can not map NetBSD
drives to BIOS drives ... how do we even boot the system.  Suppose wd0
is the second drive on the second controller and I have one disk on
the first controller.  What do I say
	wd0 ...
	wd4 ...
	wd2 ...
how do I know this.  And the problem gets worse if we introduce scsi
disk.
