See http://www.sorcus.de for a pretty small device that
possibly fits your needs (X-MAX PC). They also have a
X-Scale-CPU  based product (X-MAX 400). I don't have one
of them so I cannot tell for shure if NetBSD is running on
this devices, but I see no reason why not.
