Just to plug the product a little, I've been running it for some time
and it's worked fairly well.  It's smart about stopping as soon as the
entropy pool is restored.  I find it runs maybe a couple of times a
day for less than a minute each time.

It's still a little raw, but if there's sufficient interest I'll
polish it up and make a package out of it.
