SGE has been in pkgsrc for a while also. Soon after I posted our
work to tech-cluster, two other groups announced their similar
efforts. We were trying to get our patches for NetBSD in the SGE
tree but someone else got their patches in, which were likely better
than ours. I forgot who did that, but Thanks!

I ran our SGE for a bit but haven't had a chance to check out
pkgsrc's version. Maybe soon... I had a rack of 16 MP boxes set
aside to test NetBSD with but we took too long porting SGE and I
lost them. I was trying to use some old Mac G4 MP boxes we have
lying around but it appears to be too much trouble to install NetBSD
on macppc for headless operation and especially pkgsrc on macppc
isn't far enough along to use much more than trivially so I'm about
to give up on that idea and maybe try to resurrect some old Pentium
MP boxes to test with.

There has been discussion about tuning hints for NetBSD 2.0 for
such an environment. If anyone has some that we could use, I sure
would appreciate it.
