Pull up following revision(s) (requested by tls in ticket #429):

        sys/dev/pci/if_pcn.c: revision 1.82
        sys/dev/pci/if_pcn.c: revision 1.83

Fix pcn MAC address read on QEMU and possibly some other emulated hardware.

Correct typo in previous (s/1/i/) and remove gratuitous wsp (build fix)
