Pull up following revision(s) (requested by thorpej in ticket #135):

        distrib/sun2/ramdisk/welcome: revision 1.2

Using the "standard" Sun2 install tape layout:
file 1 -> boot loader
file 4 -> miniroot
file 5 -> kernel
file 6 ... -> tar files with installation sets

...the user should be instructed to "fsf 3" after rewinding the tape
to get to the miniroot, not "fsf 2".
