Pull up following revision(s) (requested by tsutsui in ticket #88):

        sys/arch/news68k/dev/si.c: revision 1.27

Explicitly probe CXD1180 SCSI chip for nono emulator.
nono doesn't implement SCSI (yet) so will get panic during
incorrect SCSI device probe ops.

Tested on both NWS-1750 (with SCSI) and nono 1.6.2 (no SCSI).
