README.gcc14: Update terrible status of alpha

- Unable to build pkgsrc/pkgtools/nbcompat.
- Most(?) nfs-related tests timedout.
- ipf tests fail with incorrect results.
- Some pic_profile variants tests in usr.bin/c++ crash.
