more status update - many things work now

- alpha kernels build
- the rest of arm works
- ia64 works as well as with gcc 12
- all the arm, m68k, mips, ppc, and sh3 kernels build
- mips has some libstdc++ build issues, and some o32 atomic issues
- sparc atf works
