tests/kernel/Makefile: Add DPSRCS for t_signal_and_sp.c parts.

This way if you add, e.g., arch/foo/execsp.S, then t_signal_and_sp.c
will be recompiled with -DHAVE_EXECSP even if you don't make clean.

PR kern/59327: user stack pointer is not aligned properly
