Pull up following revision(s) (requested by sborrill in ticket #1076):

        sys/arch/amd64/conf/XEN3_DOMU: revision 1.101
        sys/arch/amd64/conf/XEN3_DOMU: revision 1.102

amd64/XEN3_DOMU: Pass -g to build debug data like GENERIC.
Needed for CTF data by dtrace when MKDEBUG=no MKDEBUGKERNEL=no.

amd64/XEN3_DOMU: Enable KDTRACE_HOOKS.
