variously define DHAVE_GETADDRINFO, HAVE_INET_NTOP,
HAVE_STRUCT_SOCKADDR_STORAGE, HAVE_EXPLICIT_MEMSET, HAVE_PATHCONF,
and HAVE_UNISTD_H.
comment define for HAVE_MEMFD_CREATE in libxshmfence, needs testing.
