bus_dma(9): must, not should!

bus_dmamem_alloc returns opaque cookies which are meant only for
bus_dmamem_map and bus_dmamap_load (or bus_dmamap_load_raw) to eat,
not necessarily vaddrs or paddrs or baddrs.
