Pull up following revision(s) (requested by tsutsui in ticket #557):

        sys/arch/vax/conf/files.vax: revision 1.127

Add missed "rasops1" attribute to smg(4) rasops'fied a year ago.

This fixes silent boot failure on VS3100 with smg(4) framebuffer console.
