Log Message:
Increment and decrement idepth in the assembly stubs, not C code.  This
provides two advantages:
- Greater coverage for detecting "interrupt time".
- More flexibility for platform-specific interrupt stubs that might need
  to do special processing before calling the common dispatcher.
