Emulate the IEEE flavors of the FIX extension instructions:
- FTOIS, FTOIT
- ITOFS, ITOFT
- SRQTS, SQRTT

Left out for now are the VAX FP flavors:
- ITOFF
- SQRTF, SQRTG
