        sys/dev/usb/if_urtwn.c: revision 1.89,1.90
        sys/dev/usb/usbdevs: revision 1.788,1.789

urtwn(4): add TPLINK WN821N to the list of USB device ids
reported by kfmut on the unitedbsd forums.

add another TPLINK RTL8192EU variant
to avoid confusion use TP-Link's names for these variants, matching
FreeBSD
