Pull up following revision(s) (requested by kamil in ticket #209):

        libexec/ld.elf_so/rtld.c: revision 1.198

Return the ELF loader dl_phdr_info information for dl_iterate_phdr(3)
Sync the behavior of dl_iterate_phdr(3) with Linux/FreeBSD/OpenBSD.
