Pull up following revision(s) (requested by christos in ticket #886):

        share/mk/bsd.sys.mk: revision 1.282

The compat build plays games with MAKEOBJDIR and unsets MAKEOBJDIRPREFIX.
Keep using our standard NETBSDOBJDIR if it was set.
