Explicitly enable PCI_COMMAND_MASTER_ENABLE and PCI_COMMAND_IO_ENABLE.
Recent versions of VirtualBox do not enable bus-mastering by default -
this will be fixed, but it doesn't hurt to do it ourselves too.
