Pull up following revision(s) (requested by martin in ticket #315):
        external/gpl3/gdb/dist/gdb/armnbsd-tdep.c: revision 1.2
Fix byte order selection for breakpoints: on arm the byte order for code
might differ from the generic BFD endianess.
Fixes PR toolchain/49445.
