Pull up following revision(s) (requested by manu in ticket #89):
        lib/libperfuse/ops.c: revision 1.74
Avoid a file resize serialization deadlock when writing with
PUFFS_IO_APPEND flag. The symptom was a hang when appending to
a file with a null size.
