Add different defines to force weak pthread symbols.
XXX: I think these should be generated automatically.
XXX[2]: Why:
gthr-default.h -> $NETBSDSRCDIR/external/gpl3/gcc/dist/libgcc/gthr-posix.h
and wes still have old arch/*/gthr* files?
