Pull up the following revisions(s) (requested by bouyer in ticket #1117):
        sys/arch/xen/xen/xbdback_xenbus.c:      revision 1.28

Fix stalled xbdback detach that would stall the whole xenbus thread,
preventing new domU from be created.
