Pull up following revision(s) (requested by bouyer in ticket #1054):
        sys/arch/xen/xen/pciback.c: revision 1.2
- xentools also use pci vendor/product id and subsystem id; export them
via the kernfs file
- EVTCHNOP_bind_pirq wants the legacy IRQ number; so always set the
  legacy IRQ number in the PCI_INTERRUPT_REG.
