Log Message:
Convert GCC man page to mdoc(7) using othersrc/usr.bin/pod2mdoc.
Do some manual post-processing and use that as new gcc(1).
The original version is included to add as base for three-way merges.

OK wiz, no objection from tech-userlevel.
