some bugfixes

 - Fix incorrect memset from FreeBSD CVS rev. 1.10 (SVN rev 183886)

 - Fix the bus_dmamap_create() call to prevent extra npe_defrag() call.
   Fixed by Hikaru Abe.

 - Add missing bpf_mtap() call in RX.

 - Add ETHERCAP_VLAN_MTU flag
