Log Message:
Make module (auto)loading under chroot envrionment actually work:
- NOCHROOT flag must be assigned to different bit from TRYEMULROOT
  since the code expected to be executed is in the else clase of
  if (flags & TRYEMULROOT).
- Necessary variables aren't set.
