Pull up following revision(s) (requested by skrll in ticket #318):
        lib/libc/arch/hppa/gen/fpsetmask.c: revision 1.5
        lib/libc/arch/hppa/gen/fpsetround.c: revision 1.5
        lib/libc/arch/hppa/gen/fpsetsticky.c: revision 1.5
Sprinkle the "memory" clobber register so the fpsr manipulation actually
happens.
Fixes the ieeefp/except regresion test.
