Pull up following revision(s) (requested by taca in ticket #197):
        sys/arch/x86/x86/ipmi.c: revision 1.28
Change max retry time to 90 seconds from 5 seconds.
It is processed in background to detect ipmi.
Now my ML115 G1 detects ipmi as NetBSD 4_STABLE.
Discussed with Matthias Scheler (tron) with private mail
and approved by him.
