Pull up following revision(s) (requested by cube in ticket #151):
        external/mit/xorg/lib/dri/Makefile: revision 1.6 via patch
        external/mit/xorg/lib/dri/dri.mk: revision 1.4
Build a PIC-friendly libmesa.a and make the DRI modules link to it.
