Log Message:
add gzboot support for gemini

GEMINI_dram_0x01600000 defines inflation from concatenated
gzboot & netbsd.bin.gz at sdram 0x01600000 to 0x00200000

note that ns16550.c INB() and OUTB() macros now have
"mult 4" type 4 byte regsiter offset stride
if NS16550_AX4 is defined.  this is needed for gemini,
and was OKed by gimpy.
