Log Message:
Add architecture to the man page headers.
This is an optional argument to .Dt.

I noticed in printed docs, that format(8) didn't mention "vax".
Then I saw a few others were missing too. This makes it consistent
with some others there.

If this is wrong, then these files shouldn't be in the architecture
specific directories.
