Pull up following revision(s) (requested by tron in ticket #1147):
        usr.bin/getent/getent.c: revision 1.14 via patch
        usr.bin/getent/getent.1: revision 1.17 via patch
Add support for "netgroup" database. The output format matches what
Linux produces (because Solaris doesn't support this).
