Log Message:
Add epsv6 and epsv to disable extended passive mode for ipv6 or both ipv4 and 
ipv6 respectively.  This hack is due to our friends a Juniper Networks who break
epsv in ipv6.  Should be fixed in ScreenOS 6.2.X.
