CFATTACH_DECL_NEW is a part of autoconf(9), and I changed
printf(9) to aprint(9) only in autoconfiguration functions
in my other commits.

Is there any consensus to use aprint_error(9) for
_all_ error messages even outside of autoconf(9)?
I can't see such conculusion in the tech-kern discussion you give.
