Pull up following revision(s) (requested by sborrill in ticket #1064):
        sys/arch/i386/stand/bootxx/Makefile.bootxx: revision 1.30
Add EPIA_HACK so that boot loaders work on EDEN 5000 processors.
This worked in NetBSD 3, but broke by NetBSD 4.
