Just as a note: FreeBSD just adds the TOG text as an additional
paragraph to the standard BSD copyright, see:
http://lists.freebsd.org/pipermail/freebsd-doc/2005-January/006862.html,
and eg the pthread_atfork(3) manpage as an example.
