TOG gave permission to the NetBSD Foundation / Project to use the manpages 
for the NetBSD operating system. Any other project needs to talk to TOG 
directly, themselves - we can't re-license TOG copyright material 
(obviously).

FWIW, the license etc. are in localsrc/legal/TheOpenGroup.
