CVS mistake, the complete commit message should be:
        lib/libss/Makefile: revision 1.6
Add proper DT_NEEDED dependencies so libraries needed by libss don't
have to be included on their own. From Jukka Salmi

And of course CHANGES-3.2 shouldn't have been part of this commit.
Will fix the repository.
