Add IFNET_FIRST(), IFNET_NEXT(), IFADDR_FIRST(), IFADDR_NEXT(),
IFADDR_EMPTY().

Call the IF{NET,ADDR}_FOREACH() macro arguments __ifp and __ifa
instead of ifp and ifa.
