Yes, I'm working on that - currently CDIMAGE would copy on the CVS dirs,
so I'm looking at taking advantage of pax's -m option to pass in an
mtree specification. I've not yet decided whether to have this as a
fixed file or whether to base it on the output of mtree -m -X cdskip
(where cdskip contains CVS).
