Log Message:
Remove KERNEL_LOCK_ASSERT_LOCKED, KERNEL_LOCK_ASSERT_UNLOCKED since the
kernel_lock functions can be patched out at runtime now. Assertions are
provided by the existing functions and by LOCKDEBUG_BARRIER.
