unbork the initial console for macppc
ofb_cnattach() has nothing to do with ofb (anymore) - it's simply a dumb
rasops console we use until a real wsdisplay driver attaches, therefore
it needs to be #if NWSDISPLAY > 0, not NOFB > 0
Should probably be renamed to avoid future confusion.
