Maybe not ...
I've deleted the compat pecoff system call table completely, it now uses
the one from netbsd itself.
The emulation specific one isn't needed in order to get filesnames
looked up in /emul/pecoff any more - which is all it ever did.

I've reinstated it into the builds.
