Pull up following revisions (requested by xtraeme in ticket #969):
	sys/dev/biovar.h: revision 1.2,1.4
Make bd_size and bv_size u_quad_t rather than size_t, for large RAID
volumes. Reported a while ago by mhitch@.
u_quad_t -> uint64_t as suggested by thorpej@.
